Today I have a nice little giveaway draw that includes a couple of packages of Renee's Garden Seeds and a cookbook with recipes and growing advice for kitchen gardeners (or those flower gardeners, like me, who cook with fresh produce from local farmer's markets).
My pink foxgloves
A few of the apricot foxgloves that bloomed last June.
The Renee's Garden website recommends starting the foxglove indoors (probably because the seeds are teeny-tiny), but I have always had good luck sowing them directly in my nursery flowerbed
(learn more about growing foxgloves here.)
A closeup of the seed packet and a picture of the foxgloves from the Renee's trail garden.
Many thanks to Renee's Garden Seeds for providing a garden cookbook for me to give away. If you're not the lucky draw winner, you can order a copy of the cookbook online. If you'd like to grow some zinnias or foxgloves, most good nurseries sell Renee's Garden Seeds.
Because this book will go to a winner through the mail, we will have to limit entry to readers in Canada and the USA.
Please leave a comment below, if you would like to be included in the book draw. The contest will remain open for just a week. If you are not a blogger, you can enter by liking the Three Dogs in a Garden Facebook page (there is an additional link to the Facebook page at the bottom of the blog). You are also welcome to enter by sending me an email (jenc_art@hotmail.com).
Please enter my name. I love everything about gardening.

Love garden in would love this
ReplyDeleteFoxgloves! I love them and I'm frequently told that they will reseed but mine never do. I could use these seeds and the recipe book for my veggie garden produce.

ReplyDeleteSuch a colourful and useful blog.
I would love to try to grow Foxgloves - they are so beautiful! And a new cookbook is always a good thing. Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteFoxgloves grow very well here on the island. I always have lots of fat little plants at the end of each summer to move around for blooms the next year. I will never say 'no' to the possibility of a new cookbook - what a lovely idea for a draw!
ReplyDeletePlease enter me in the draw. I enjoy reading your articles.
ReplyDeletePlease enter me in the drawing. I love to cook and I love my garden.
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone for entering the latest book draw. I have just added all your names and am about to do the draw. Best of luck! The winner will be announced shortly....
