Gorgeous photos Jennifer and so refreshing at the end of February. The facts about yourself in the previous post were fun to learn too. I had my first crush in 2nd grade and I've also asked my Mom the same thing about outfits and hairstyles!!!
Wonderful washes of vibrant colors Jennifer! Gorgeous! I love freesia too and can get it fresh cut from a local grower now. A joy to visit you today and be uplifted by this beauty!
Hello, i am new here, but found you famous in Blotanical. Thanks for giving me an idea, those colorful vases made lots of colorful drama for the light colored flowers, wonderful.
Oh Jennifer, Je maakt mijn dag goed.
Thanks everyone for your encouraging comments. Yes, Elly the flowers are freesia. When I need a pick-me-up after a long winter's day of looking out at my snow covered garden, I often treat myself to a few spring flowers at the supermarket. I have great fun arranging and photographing them.
Wow. White. I didn't think I could get excited about anything snow white after this long snowy winter (snowpack still on the ground), but those white blooms and blue background made me stop in my tracks.
These are so richly captured Jennifer! Beautiful! Is the background of the photos in the blue vase manipulated? It looks almost glassy/watery...it's gorgeous!
Hi Cat, While I have come to love playing with Photoshop and adding texture to the backgrounds of my photographs of flower vases, the backgrounds of these particular shots were not altered.
You take my breath away with your photography...sigh...
