  4. What a wonderful selection of tulips you have - the pictures are lovely in the spring sunshine. How quickly things change in a garden once it gets going. You are right, I seem to have been waiting for the arrival of your spring for a long time - and now it is here, at last. Have a good gardening week my friend.

  5. Gorgeous! You know I love tulips, and I see you have quite a few of one of my favorites, 'Angelique.' Your bouquet is beautiful! I need to take some tips--I tend to pick only a few and then stick them in a bud vase, not the most artful arrangement:) Glad to see that glorious spring has finally arrived for you, Jennifer.

  6. Fabulous! I planted tulips for the first time in years last fall - finally a garden the deer can't get at! I'm hooked again...

  7. Très belles photos. Les petites fleurs mauves, est-ce un géranium?

  10. Truly some very beautiful reasons, Jennifer! Your photographs are amazing.
Our daffodils are just about gone at this point, but we are beginning to have a lot of wonderful other flowers bloom.

  11. As always, your photos are gorgeous! Somehow, I think we are all enjoying the blooms that much more because of the long winter.

  16. How gorgeous! Those tulips are especially lovely - like peonies, almost. Now that I am moving to a house with smaller, fenced-in yard - in other words, one where I might actually be able to design a garden, rather than throw it together - I am going to turn to you and your blog for advice. I am already thinking how I can get that fence/trellis/flower bed effect shown in one of the photos on this post.

  18. With all those gorgeous flowers who wouldn't want to capture them with a camera. Love the yellow daffs with a hint of blue forget-me-not. Gorgeous combination. I had to do a double take and read a few comments - those are TULIPS? wow, they are something. At first I thought they were peonies but thought that just couldn't be right, too early.
