  9. Gorgeous photos Jennifer and so refreshing at the end of February. The facts about yourself in the previous post were fun to learn too. I had my first crush in 2nd grade and I've also asked my Mom the same thing about outfits and hairstyles!!!

  16. Oh Jennifer,

  17. Thanks everyone for your encouraging comments. Yes, Elly the flowers are freesia. When I need a pick-me-up after a long winter's day of looking out at my snow covered garden, I often treat myself to a few spring flowers at the supermarket. I have great fun arranging and photographing them.

  20. Wow. White. I didn't think I could get excited about anything snow white after this long snowy winter (snowpack still on the ground), but those white blooms and blue background made me stop in my tracks.

  21. These are so richly captured Jennifer! Beautiful! Is the background of the photos in the blue vase manipulated? It looks almost glassy/watery...it's gorgeous!

  22. Hi Cat, While I have come to love playing with Photoshop and adding texture to the backgrounds of my photographs of flower vases, the backgrounds of these particular shots were not altered.
